Consumo ordena a Airbnb retirar los n-
ncios de 65.000 pisos turísticos
por no cumplir la ley

La lucha del Ministerio de Consumo co-
ntra los pisos turísticos ilegales
es clara. Es la tercera denuncia a la
plataforma Airbnb para que retire
65.935 anuncios que no cumplen con la
ley. La plataforma ha recurrido las
tres denuncias y ya ha perdido una. El
Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Ma-
drid le da la razón al Gobierno y
exige eliminar de inmediato 5.800 anu-
